unplug.

Just for a day. Or for a few hours. Or just one hour – stare up at the ceiling and think, or go sit in a park and just watch the world go on around you – maybe you can’t remember the last time you did that!

Don’t take pictures, don’t take notes, check email, write texts, get on Facebook, listen to music – nothing. Just turn it all off and listen to your mind for a minute.

  1. I take my dogs on our walking path, stop at a fence, lean over and just watch the view below of the natural valley. All I can hear is my dogs panting, and I like that sound, its comforting!
