This week I’m going to start doing some things I’ve been neglecting, no matter how hot it gets out side, I’m going to use my heavy bag in the garage for its intended purpose, beat the heck out of that bag and then do funky chicken cardio aka (continuous movement) at the same time, then when its time to wind down I will do so with my light weights. In other words, this week I’m going to burn calories at least 4 times a week! woo-hoo me!! 🙂

      • I’m trying to remember that right feeling right now and get ready for tomorrow’s version. They way I see it now, is that the hard part is over, the first day is done, and it really was not that bad, so it can only feel better from here on out. Stick to it, even if it is 100 outside, the hotter is the more calories I will burn 🙂
