Start today, take one step towards something you have planned on – it doesn’t have to be a huge step, just setting an intention, thinking 10% more about something over the course of your day, making a phone call, ordering a book…get moving!

Let’s stay far from regret, shall we? We are all too good for that. 🙂

This morning I woke up thinking about the movie Up. The old man, angry, bitter, and convinced that it is too late for him for him to do what he and his wife had dreamed of for years, decides, with the help of a friend, to follow his lifelong dream. It is an incredibly touching movie.

If you have 10 minutes, and box of tissues, here is a sequence that will make you a) realize that animated movies (especially Pixar) are absolutely the most amazing movies being made today, and b) run out and do exactly what I suggested above, quickly, and with gusto!
