(I have been out of town for a week, so bear with me as I attempt to get my writing/motivating/poetic/encouraging sea legs back) 🙂
while checking Facebook this morning, I couldn’t help but notice a very clear pattern:
Friends that, in my experience, are loving, giving, confident, and positive, post pictures of flowers, handwritten love notes, or sentiments to Facebook-land about how today is the day to spread love to everyone you know.
and on the flip side…!
Friends that, in my experience, are not-as-loving, giving, confident, or positive, post complaints about the lack of Valentine, stats on how Hallmark cleans up, or snarky comics illuminating how lame this day is.
I’m sure you’re seeing something similar!
Now, which side are you on?
This just brings me to my favorite point of all: You get what you give. You get what you give. You get what you give!
Happy Valentines day, all of you! I really love you!!
