you can be a different person than you are today.

all of the things you don’t like about yourself, your bad habits, the choices that haunt you as you return to them again and again – they could all be a thing of the past tomorrow.

but you have to want it! you have to know exactly why you don’t want those things to run your life anymore – no one knows that but you.

And once you find the why, the how will become much easier to find.

So write down what you want to change, make a plan, and want it bad. I mean, BAD. 🙂
